hello i have an 1979 evinrude model No85995r:. My engine was running bad so i tested the ignition system and found an faulty power pack cdi( unit). But i also found low voltage from the charge coil 110v on one side and 80v on the other. My question is can leave it this way or will it have to be replaced?^
