Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5 mod 7518

Hello all I just picked up a Fleetwin 7.5 mod 7518. I got the motor two tanks and stand for $85 bucks. Now I am trying to bring it back. First thing I need is a replacement pull start assembly or tips on how to fix an old one. Any ideas.
