Evinrude Fleetwin 7.5

I have a 1954 Fleetwin 7.5 that i recieved for free and currently trying to get it back to working order after it sat for several years. It runs but seems to pull water into the cylinder. I was curious if there is a seal that might be bad.<br /><br />If it helps when I recieved the engine it worked fine but the coils were shot so im pretty sure it's not a crack or anything.

Coils and water in the cylinder should not be related. The seal that keeps water out of the cylinder is the head gasket. It should take more time to find one than to replace it. Do a compression check if you can. If you get it running don't forget to replace the water pump & gear oil.
