evinrude ID...HELP

[Fish Whisperer]

I just aquired two evinrude motors and don't know anything about them, please help! The first one is serial#5403-B C413973, I think it's a 5.5, not sure. The second one is older, and is serial# 4423-56789. Any info like hp, mix ratio, etc. would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

5403=1964 5.5hp
4423=between 1947/1951 3.3hp

The 5.5 Fisherman should already run on 1:50 although given its age I would go with 1:32.
The 3.3 Sportwin is either 1:16 or 1:24.
Both outboards can take a Champion J6C plug although the fisherman can also take a Champion J4C
