My question is this. What is the difference between the GL model vs the EL 115 looper. In my service manual it says that the GLs range is 5000-6000 rpm and the EL is 4500-5500. It also says the GL makes its power at 5500 and the EL makes its power at 5000. The GL is the Intruder Version and the EL is the standard Version. Anybody know otherwise I have to start comparing parts.

I guess you'll have to start comparing parts. That's what I'd have to do.

In the Factory manual it specifically lists the GL as having an RPM range of 5000-6000 rpm with 115 hp at 5500. Then they list the EL,SL,Sx models has having a range of 4500-5500 with a 115 hp at 5000 rpm. The G is probably the intruder model. I am just curious what the difference is. I will have to just go through all the parts thanks guys.
