Evinrude J90PLEED carb rebuild issues hi speed

I just rebuild my four carburetors and the low speed jets are OK and idling fine but the high speed is lagging and won’t go as fast as it used to go can anybody help me with this issue? evinrude J90PLEED HIGH SPEED

Does it hold high RPM or does it vary at wide open throttle?

After carb rebuild, did you check the throttle movement to see that the carbs do open all the way?

How much speed was lost? Are all cylinders firing?

Rebuild involved what ?----Were the float bowls replaced ??----Were the high speed jets removed from the old bowls ?----Installed in the new ?
