I have a 1993 Evinrude 150hp V6. Had not used the boat in 5 days and noticed a small 2" puddle of oil on the garage floor below my prop exhaust opening. Oil is light brown/green and clean. Noticed oil inside propeller exhaust as well. Took boat out for short ride and when put back in garage, again a small amount of oil dripped from the prop exhaust. This is not a continuos drip. Usually takes 24 hours to notice any on the floor. Suggestions? Thank you.

Pull the drain plug and see if the oil color matches the oil on the floor. If water comes out along with the oil there is a seal problem. If no water comes out with the oil thats a good sign but not if the oil matches what's on the floor. Oily gunk out of the prop hub is a byproduct of combustion which is simply coming out of the exhaust. If the engine is still using the oil injection system it may be that the unit is "over oiling" or running an overly rich fuel mixture. So -- its one of four things, exhuast gunk (normal), leaky lower unit seal, over oiling, or a rich fuel mixture (carb rebuild time).

Oil from the exhaust shouldn't be that clean, and if it is you would definately notice the difference in how the engine would run. The same goes for the carubretors.

Pull the prop off and most likely you will find fishing line wrapped around the prop shaft. This will destroy the carrier bearing seal and can cause damage to the prop shaft as well. The prop should be removed atleast every few trips to check for this.
