evinrude lower unit

hi i have a 1975 #4506 evinrude 4hp weedless it has a 2 blade im lookin to change the lower unit so i can use a 3 blade prop i found one its a 1979 Evinrude 4 HP Outboard Model# 4932. will this bolt up thanks for the help

Why not just get the standard 3 blade prop??

cause the 3 blade prop will hit the lower unit on the weedless style

OK I just put the parts/scmehematic for each up on two different screens,You may want to go to BPR site and print out each standard drive and the weedless lowers look close as they have different bolt patterns.standard bolts on with two bolts front and rear.The Weedless bolts on with it looks as though 4 bolts 2 on the sides.Both 5 inch extensions are shaped differently,but both exhaust housings are the same.I'd suggest bringing the motor, to the lower you want to buy and compare.Both lowers on BPRs site are so different comparison is your best bet.
