I cant find anything for model number 8038. Are you sure that is correct.

803 is 1931 40hp, is it that old? is it like ly to be that sort of size?

I don't think U.S. and foreign-made serial/model numbers are the same, so it would be hard to cross reference. Maybe someone will come along familiar with foreign made/marketed E-rudes. A photo would help us give you a rough date/ID.

So which 8 was really a 3?
