Evinrude Spl Fuel Delivery problem Help!!!

Ok i have a 1987 evinrude 88spl. I have good compression. I have good Spark. I have brand new fuel. Clean fuel filter. Pump is pumping fuel to carbs. I have just cleaned and dipped the carburetors. leaf valves look good. I am getting no fuel to the spark plugs. What can be my cause? Intake manifold gasket? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Take the air silencer off and squirt some premix in the carb throats and see what happens.

I did that and nothing...all this dose is turn over. I cant get this thing to even try to fire.???

I was trying to fire before but it had bad fuel in it. not that i put new fuel in it. It will not try to fire at all...

This is really weird that i put gas in the carbs manually and still i have dry plugs??? What could cause this?
