EVINRUDE won't LIFT

I have 115 hp evinrude and had a new wire put on the lift pump and they said that some fluid was lost but an not sure were to fill it or what to fill it with and help would be nice. See picture for infomation and the only place that I could maybe fill it at.

What do you mean by " a new wire " ?? Does the motor run ??

The wire that go into the pump were bad so I had them replaced. I guess when they did that they had to take the whole pump out and lost some fluid. Yes the motor run but it only lifts about 6"

Sounds like it's low on fluid. The fill plug is on the tank you showed in your first pic. Must be in full tilt to fill.

So is there a special fluid to use or is it just hydrolic fluid?

OMC tilt/trim fluid or Dextron II ATF Fluid.
