Don' know what "Norsman" is but as far as re-build, what does it need. If the cylinders are still in spec (round) and the pistons ain't all galded or burnt, you can use them again. The roller bearings in those things don't seem to wear out, and if the crank's o-k, that just leaves the rings, seals and gaskets. I busted a crankshaft in my '76 200hp and I replaced 2 rod bearings, crankshaft, rings, seals and gaskets. I did have the cylinders cross-hatched to seat the rings but that was it.

c/6

Hooty
