Evintude Tilt & trim

Hi; I have a 1975 Evinrude 115 HP outboard. It has the old style power T & T unit on the outside of motor. Can someone tell me where to check & add fluid to this unit ??? I see 3 screws on the round canister & don't know which is which. Many thanks !!!

There should be 1 large flat head screw near the lower part of the canister. Charlie
