Exhaust and riser torque settings

Can you please tell me torque settings for v6 4.3 mercruiser 1998

Lots of different one online , just need some clarification

Also what my oil pressure shoul be

Manifold to head 25 ft lbs. Elbow to manifold 33 ft lbs.

What about oil pressure reading I'm at 40 to 60
