exhaust bellows alpha 1

90 alpha1 w/5.7L. My exhaust bellows is not attached, it appears to be more like a tube that slides over when the outdrive is lowered. When the outdrive is all the way up (Trailer) it is not touching the outdrive at all. Is this ok?

As Bondo said, They figured out that all of that back-preasure wasn't necessary at idle, so, the exhaust bellow is no longer a sealed rubber tube.<br />By the way, the drive bellow is still the same, as always. Must be sealed with no holes.
