Exhaust question

On my 165 HP Mercruiser I/O there are two exhaust ports, one on each side of the stern drive. I don't know what that part of the stern drive is called so I attached a pic. When I have the engine running with the ear muffs water comes out of these two ports (which is normal...I hope). The water coming out of the right side is not a jet stream, but a good constant amount. The water coming out of the left port is a very small amount, kind of spitting and spraying out, probably one fifth the amount coming out of the right side. Should I be concerned about this? The engine never overheats and stays around 150 degrees even after trolling at low speeds for several hours. By the way, what is that part of the stern drive called?
Thanks

Re: Exhaust question

That is perfectly normal - of course the exact opposite would also be normal.
