Exhaust Riser Leakage

I suspect my starboard side exhaust manifold might be leaking. I have noticed some rust staining on the bottom of my hull directly below the manifold. It looked like it might had been coming from where one of the 1 inch diameter water hoses connected up to the 90 degree water inlet on the bottom of the manifold. I have replaced this hose with a new clamp. While running the engine I do not notice any leakage but when I looked recently using a mirror to see up into the bottom of the manifold I do see some rusting and moisture on the manifold. You almost need to be a monkey to lay across one of the two motors to see anything on the side of the motor. I can't even imagine what it would be like to get between both motors to change the spark plugs. Getting back to the manifold has anyone tried to used something like JB weld to fix what appears to be a very small porosity leak or am I just wasting my time and now its time to change out the manifold?

I wouldn't epoxy it if it's truly leakin', Replace it...
