where can you find exploded parts views of volvo i/o setups? just so you know i don't have a true volvo setup as it is a gm marine 5.7 with a dp-290 outdrive but it is closely setup to a volvo. i want to see how the alternator is mounted.

also does the tach reading come from the distributor normally? my tach bounces around some times so i would like to address this

Ayuh,.... I clicked on the parts link above, 'n found This,....

Donno if the one ya want, have a look,...

The tach should be driven by the grey wire on the coil's (-) terminal,....
