Hi there. Just put my MC-1 drive back on and noticed an extra hole in the gasket. Did I put it on wrong or does it also work with a newer drive maybe for the lube monitor? Did I use the wrong gasket?
thanks

your using the Alpha gasket inplace of the MC1 gasket. no issues there, bolt it up.

That hole is for the remote lube monitor tank in the engine compartment on the Alpha 1 Gen 2. There's a valve that sticks through there & mates up with the drive if you have that.

Thank you. That's a relief.
That gasket came in the shift cable kit and I didn't pay any attention to it till it was on.
Glad I don't have to take the drive off.

I thought that might be what it was for.
