Hi, I have an F-100 mfg'd in 3/99. I bought it new in 9/99. Im not sure if it is a 99 or 2000 model. Can anyone tell me the correct part number for the oil filter?

I have filters with 2 different part numbers. Both will fit fine but Im worried that one may have a drain back valve, or not ..I dont know if it is supposed to.

Ive always changed fluids, checked plugs, belt tension etc. Im sure I need to have some other stuff done but the motor did great on my annual Florida trip last week

Any advice and does anyone know the correct filter number?

Thanks,

Jamesp

Thank you sir!
Could you recommend a service manual? Is there a manual specific to the F80, F 100 models?

I might as well get one and see if if I can replace the water pump impeller and associated parts for good measure. It is 10 years old now.
