F-3 or F-4 prop on a Duo prop?

I have a 22' Sea Sport with a 5.0 Gi PWTR engine and a volvo penta outdrive DP-SM with a ratio of 1.95 (Serial number 4112065003) Can I run this outdrive safely with the F-4 stainless steel prop (will this prop put more stress on the engine and contribute to valve problems?)? or Should I use the F-3 instead?

What prop is it running now?

For what it's worth My 21 footer with a 5.7 GXi has F6's.
