My F115 year 2000 will only rev out to 4000 rpm. It was loosing oil from the shaft seal on the oil pump, so replaced the oil pump. The oil leak is cured but still no full power. Engine just seems to bog down, no mis-fire, fuel bulb stays hard compression shows 190 psi on all cylinders. The middle segment of the oil preasure senser on the LED tac gauge is always flashing. Any sugestions

Re: F115 loss of power SOLVED

I found the problem of the loss of power. It was the fuel injection pump which is mounted in the float chamber. The gromet/damper that seals the pump to the float chamber had droped out of its seat. Thus when WOT was needed the fuel preasure was not there. Time for a cold one!!!!!!!!!! :D

Re: F115 loss of power

on the middle bar flashing
double check/reset the dip switch settings on the tach.
if set for 2 stroke or the switch contact is bad the middle bar flashes. actually I really dont think the F motors show a middle bar :) the middle bar indicates low remote oil tank level and I have never seen an F motor with a remote tank
