I am sure i have a fuel restriction or leak problem. I want to check the fuel pump pressure and vacuum, what should the pressure/vacuum readings be? and should i T into the line beofe the pump or after the pump?
depends, are you looking for fuel pump suction vacum or fuel pump ot pressure.
about now would be a very good time to apply a large dose of common sense.
general rule is a clean filter will drop about 1/2" Hg.
maximum allowable is 4"Hg at wot.
0"Hg usually indicates an air leak, any more then 4"Hg indicates a restriction.
