f90 fouled #4

my 03 f90 carbed. fouled bottom plug while on lake.I ran 4 or5 miles back a wot.it ran better.but still missing when @ idle did i do damage to mtr? I changed plug @ home [it was black and wet w gas other plugs were fine],cranked it and it ran better, still kinda rough idle and it sounded like a dead spark a few times Pssssst sound.if the coil was bad would it kill both plugs? help me please Rodbolt!!

Did you check the spark or are you just saying it sounded like a dead spark and you have not checked anything? A timing light will show if there is spark on the plug wires.

Did you get the tach installed and new prop put on? It may could have something to do with the problem if you just changed the loading.

no new prop or tach yet.im strapped for cash.hope to get tach soon.are tiny tachs dash mountable and are they hard to install?

oh,thanks for the reply 99yam40,I will try timing light soon, temps here in .N.C.are 30s so Im waiting for it to warm up as mtr idles rough when its cold.
