Factory pitch prop on a 2003 Tracker Targa V18 WT 150 HP EFI

I have a 2003 Tracker Targa V18 WT with a 1998 Mercury 150 HP EFI engine and am trying to find out what the factory prop pitch / size it was when it was new any info that would be great Thanks Eric

You want to know the Mercs original factory prop pitch when new?That would depend on the application the motor was originaly put on.

Targa/Merc 150 4 st. test report.14 1/4"X 18 Enertia prop, 45.5 @ 5500 0 to 30 mph 7.2 sec.2 persons,50# fuel.
My info indicates the 2 stroke and 4 stroke use the same gear ratio 1.87.

A 2003 model year hull came from the factory with a 5 year old outboard?

Perhaps he has a time machine. He went back to 93 picking up a new 2003 Targa on the way.

Yes I have all paperwork on the boat it was built with that engine all papers say the same thing it seemed odd to me but yes a 1998 engine came on a 2003 tracker new. Also the prop the last person had on it was a 23p prop it was loading the engine to much that was the main reason for asking my question my buddy had a 14.25 x 17p prop I just tried today and with 2 people and gear it was at 5600 RPM at WOT it that rpm fine

Sounds good to me What was the gps speed at 5600?

not sure on speed my GPS was not hooked up when I went out will update speed this weekend
