Fair trailer price

Iam looking at up grading to a larger boat .. it’s a regal 2300 The dealer wants 6500 for the trailer in the invoice.. that seems a little high to me another dealership quoted 8100 in the price plus 5k for shipping. Is this average or are they trying to soak me ??

New trailers are expensive, paid $7800 for a new one and sold my old one for $3200

Search the net and find trailer manufactures and ask for a price. Or try to find a used one
