Am working on my aquaswan aluminum runabout and have a problem with, I guess what is called fairing. My fairing is squished from probably tightening the boat down against the trailer too tight. what would would be the best course of action to repair this area. It has been repaired in the past with some steel sheet folded on to it and riveted. I would like to repair with alum inum which would have to be a little heavier gauge than what is already there.Any suggestions would be appreciated.
