Fast idle cam on marine Holly carbs?

Does the Holley carb on a Volvo Penta 3.0 GSM-A have a fast idle cam like its automotive counterpart?
Or do you warm the engine using the throttle only button?

no fast idle cams on marine carburetors. it keeps you from running over swimmers instantly when you put the boat in gear.

yes, you warm the engine using the throttle only button.
