Fastes Mercruiser prop

Hi
I have a mercruiser 5.0 mpi. a mirage +. 23 pitch.max 4500 rpm. wonder of a 22 pitch. and wondering what mercruiser prop to go for ? Tempest , mirage, laser 2 , fury or enertia ? I want to Get up to 5000 rpm and max speed. Or a 23 pitch with a smaler diameter ?

Is it bigger than a bread box?

How about reading the sticky's at the start of the prop section.

1) Performance issue you are trying to correct.
2) Current prop manufacturer, model, aluminum or stainless as a minimum.
3) Current prop diameter and pitch (required).
4) Wide open throttle RPM and speed with an average load (very helpful)
5) Engine/drive make, model, year, and HP
6) Boat make model, year, length and weight

3) Current prop diameter and pitch (required). . 14.6 diameter and 23 pitch
4) Wide open throttle RPM and speed with an average load (very helpful) . 4600 rpm abaut 58 mph
5) Engine/drive make, model, year, and HP .Mercruiser 5.0 mpi .Bravo 1.65 ger ratio. 2010 mod .260 hp
6) Boat make model, year, length and weight . Regal 2100 lsr 1999 mod

Your Maximum rpm (at WOT) allowed is between 4400-4800 rpm so your about good there.

Since you have the bravo drive, you already have one of the best propeller for over all speed without sending in your propeller into Mercruiser to have it lab finished in house by mercuryracing.

One other prop that may work very well on your boat coupled to a bravo drive would be the Mercruiser revolution 4 propeller. The revolution 4 is a fast 4 blade prop that's comparable to but slightly better then the 3 blade mirage plus on most boats of your design with a bravo drive.

And yes you could send in a stock revolution-4 to fit your boats specifications or you could find a new revolution-4 that has already been lab finished by mercuryracing. Googling would be the easiest way to find one though.
