I saw this stuff for sale at Jamestown Dist and was wondering about it too. Price was right.

Usually, everyone will tell you water-based isn't for use on boats, but this is marketed for marine use.

This product has things that will keep it from it being compatable than any other product I have come across.
The biggest thing and I would say and the one that pissed me off the most was after reading there 2 full page pamplet, spending conciderable amount of time on there web site. Trying to find out what I thought was everything to know about the proper preperation as well as the application of ther products.
After what seemed like year of sanding this boat, I was ready to open the can and see how good my prep work realy was. The paint went on like it should and it looked like I was not a bad preper. I got the one side done then decided to stop and take a quick break.
I checked where I started before starting again and to my amazement the paint peeled.

After standing there for a couple minutes I grab the can and started to read and half way down the can was

"Note" do not us "non-clogging" sandpaper

I used no fill sandpaper.
I'm not sure but I think something like that should have been put on all of there stuff not just half way down the can and only to be found on the can.
Well that was a while ago and they have not changed this "Note" as of today.

I am sure that this site does not stand for flaming anyone or any company so all I can say about there Tech support is to call and ask them about this very point. I am sure they will convince you whether to use there paint or someone else.
