Re: FIAT

I don't believe that is a valid VIN or it may be too old of a car.

If it is "too old" a bill of sale should be all he needs. You need to contact DMV and ask what the cutoff is.

Bob

Re: FIAT

My uncle is a FIAT fanatic. He has an immaculate X19. IN addition, he has an X19 body taken apart and attached to the cieling of his garage.

Perhaps some pics would be helpful. I could forward it to him and he can help identify it.

Re: FIAT

I am a huge FIAT fan and former owner. I have checked all my books on Fiats and could not find that VIN series listed. You may have to go with a "bill of Sale" title from your state(procedures vary).

Thanks for the info guys. This is hard to do second hand, but I'm giving it a shot.

Is this VIN close to what Fiat should be?I'm just guessing a couple digits might be transposed, but don't know.Could the VIN be found in various places on the vehicle?

DHP
