fiberglass boat repair

it looks like the previous owner of my boat got under the hull and screws wood screws to secure the floor. it looks like he then fiber glassed over the screws. now my boat has a bunch of bumps in the bottom of the hull and one screw is still showing. (not fiber glassed over. any suggestions on how to fix this?

I will close this post and we can let the other one run. Sounds as if someone created an unusual situation but, if you are handy it can be repaired.
