I have a 1963 15' skijack fiberglass boat and the inner hull is soft in the very middle (about a 1' by2'area). What does the inner hull contain. Is it fiberglass over plywood or is it just fiberglass with ribs. It is a small area that is soft behind the seats. What is the best way to fix without tearing out the entire floor .
