Fiberglass matcloth from walmart

My walmart has fiberglass mat and fiberglass cloth. Each is 3.97 for 8 sq feet. Its the bondo brand and they have bondo resin with hardner. are these good to use to glass my floor in or should i get the rolls?? also im sanding my floor all day and the prev owner glassed a few places that looks rough. Into the bildge area there is just loose dry shards of glass that dried in that possition. Ugly like a bunch of cob webbs. My plan is to grind that all down and level everything out and glass everything right?? thanks

Each is 3.97 for 8 sq feet.

At over $30.00 a Yard,......... That's pretty Expensive Little Bitty Pieces.......

The loose cobweb looking glass might be from original construction if they used a chopper gun to spray the glass into the mold.

Sorry Bond-o,

A square yard is 9 square feet. That makes it about $5 per square yard. Still would not use it, go to a plastics store and get your supplies there.

I've been Thinking Cubic Yards of stone all week,........ I guess 27' Isn't the answer.....

And most of the Roll fabrics run Wider than 36" on the running Yard.........

I bought a huge box full of the stuff off eBay - mostly scraps from folks making truck caps and hot tubs, but it works great for boat repairs. And for a buck (plus about $25.00 shipping), you get a 30 lb. box of all the glass you'll ever need for most any boat project!

I used it on my engine mount repair. Worked fine for me.
