fiberglass problems

ok so i have worked on cars all my life but i have never done fiberglass work buttttt.............. last night my dad hit a deer with his corvette sooooooo it looks like i am going to learn how so if any one wants to pitch in with any advise i will not turn any down (oops that meens you lol ) there are no chunks missing but the hood is cracked

The search listed at least 5 pages of threads specific to fiberglassing.

ok good news the insurance adjuster came today and he aggreed that it needs a new hood not a repair the vette is a 1996 (last year of the c4) $2100for a new one from GM it will be here on Friday
