Fiberglass transcom cracked

What suggestions are there in regards to a cracked transcom. Is it worth repairing? The motor still holds well and no signs of anymore stress to the crack. It's holding but for how long? What repair techniques are required or supplies needed. HELP! The boat is a 14' Starcraft Fiberglass. Crack is about 1-2 inches long, not wide at all just like a spider crack.

where is the crack. how long is it. how wide is it. is there any rot or soft spots. greg
