Re: Fibretron

I've heard of Aquatron, Glastron, and Fibreform but I do not recall the most infamous boat manufacturer of all - Fibertron the lost boat builder...

Hmmm, a little less egg nog is in order!

Fibretron could have been a small manufacturer but it also could have been a model of boat made by some manufacturer.

Check the stern for a plate that might or might not show a hull ID. If it has a hull ID (12 characters) then the first 3 characters might tell us who the manufacturer is.

Re: Fibretron

NEWS FLASH! Fibretron boats were made by Mike Coe of Brooklyn R.V., Brooklyn Ontario. Last known operating in 1990 when family bought 14ft ski-boat. Other version seen in shop was bass-boat top. Rated for 75HP, we installed 150HP Merc inline-6 and we're still cruising lakes with bugs in teeth 20 years later. Thanks Mike.
