FICHT (am I screwed)

I just purchace a 99 115 FICHT. The previous owner says it was built with all the improvements.<br />I ran the serial no. at a dealer and it has never had to be repaired. I have heard they are great engines if they have had all the improvements. Am I going to get screwed?
