I have a 2000 115 Evinrude ficht that has a flooding problem, It starts and runs great when you first start out but for no apparent reason it will be flooded when you try to start it, Not everytime just every now and then. I have installed new plugs and nothing changed. I have checked the vapor line from th fuel pump to the manifold to see if it may be a defective diaphram but they looked good. I ask the local mechanic and he hasn't seen this problem. It only does it after you fish a spot for awhile. Plus the the motor will go thru the system check for no reason sometimes if you let off the gas quickly it will do it, It sets no codes, it just runs thru the check like when you turn on the key. The EMM died last year and I thought all this was from a bad EMM but after shelling out $1200. for a brand new one from Bombardier I still have the same problems. Any help would be apprecated
