Filled - Mercury Motor Identification

I have a Mecury motor that I don't know the HP. The serial # is OA731149. Can you help me with this and I also would like to know the year/model and the oil/fuel mixture to use <br />I found that the Mercury site was extremely unhelpfull as well as the dealer I went to

I already checked there, no luck.<br />/http://www.mercurypartsexpress.com/PartsExpress/HomePage/homepage.asp tells me that this is a model 1025201BC. Which really tells me nothing

What color is the cowl?<br /><br />Can you read a WMC number on the carb casting body?<br /><br />It is a 1988 Model year.

From Mercury Marine Canada it is a 1988 25 HP
