Filles too much oil

When I winterized my boat I know I accidentally put a bit too much oil in it, before I fire it up for the season is there anyway to get some oil out without using the oil drain tube in the bildge?

Like from the top of engine somewhere?

screw the hand pump to the dipstick
raise the tube up out of the bilge and hook the pump there
