Filling rivet holes?

I have some brackets left in place from my casting deck that will not be put back. I would like to remove the brackets and it appears that I can only do so by removing the rivets.
Is that a product I can use to fill the rivet holes so that I don't have to replace with a rivet or a bolt and acorn nut?

JB Weld, Marine-Tex, 3M 5200, Gluvit... any of them should do the trick nicely and permanently.
