Finally moving

some of you may remember, my post in May. Landlord letting place go into foreclosure.

Branden and I have finally found a suitable location, where we can live, and plenty of space for the service business.

Boy, it has gotten expensive to move. 1st and last rent, security deposit, change electric, internet, tv. Plus another thousand, to build the tool room.

Have you thought of purchasing a home in Florida? I would think that you could own a property in Florida and your monthly mortgage would be about the same for what it would cost to rent, plus you would be gaining equity when the market turns.
