Finding a OMC sterndive

I'm trying to fine a replacement sterndive for my 1968 Evinrude sportman 120 boat 16'. I seen some on e-bay
and don't know what to look for. I do have the upper gear unit but no lower from there.THanks for any help.:%

whoops.....did'nt notice the year, that should be an electric shift model.....ebay is good. I'm sure someone else will chime in with some advice.

Not sure how extensive your Craig's list is out there, but bookmark a search for OMC electric or just OMC for that matter.

I was able to find someone willing to part with an entire upper unit for a 1974 OMC High Profile V8 Stringer for $250, and all the gears are perfect.

This and local classifieds are also beneficial as you can go inspect things before purchase, as well as not having to pay shipping or tax(shhh, irs could be listening)
