:facepalm: bought a 6hp evinrude from a clown who proudly displayed recipts for a new water pump......too bad the idiot didnt know you cant run the motor on muffs because the pickup is in the exhaust skeg!!!!! result 1 outboard with no water circulation because the impeller had comlpletly melted down(as well as the plastic housing) and a failed fishing trip
oh well 1 water pump kit later and a half hours work and its pumping fine and runs greatjust gos to show you even having work done by a marine specialist cant save an idiot from themselves.......(still,I should have tested it in the drum at home before trying to take it fishingso whos the real dummy!!) dont know how i posted this three times how do i get rid of other two??
