Why is it that you would never see something like that published in the mainstream media??<br /><br />Wait a minute, I already figured it out...<br /><br />The media doesn't know how to publish the TRUTH!!<br /><br />The media also DOESN'T KNOW, OR CARE ,what the majority of the American Citizens, feel about their rights that are already protected by the Constitution!

I think it's because the list includes some clever slogans and rhetoric, "fighting words," if you will, like #1, #14 & #17. I mean, I'm unarmed but I'm still a citizen. I get the point; I know it's not meant to be taken literally, but "mainstream media" is geared toward the "mainstream" (read, "lowest common denominator").<br /><br />Personally, I agree in principle. Thanks for including #s 9, 10, 23 & 26.<br /><br />

Exactly! The media don't have an agenda except to give the people what they (the media) think they (the "mainstream") want regardless of whether it's "truth". This isn't to say there aren't agenda-driven elements within "the media," but "mainstream media" isn't an organized entity. It always makes me laugh to hear conservative talk-show hosts with nation-wide audiences complaining about the "liberal media," especially when they include the term "elite."

I live in Australia.. where we are not allowed to have guns.. <br />So if you come here, you'll most likely get stabbed or run over... But not shot

You have the rights to bear arms, including AK 47's, and the guns have been getting bigger. Just curious if there is a self imposing limit on what is considered reasonable arms.

Great post! <br />Always remember, Police is an old French word meaning "to clean up after". The police, as hard as they try, can not be there when the crime is commited. Only after.

LOL! Did that to my then 11 yr old when testing boat motor for spark! Told him to NOT touch anything metallic, I cranked her over and boy did he fly, bout 3-4 ft in air onto lawn! Hope he learned a lesson.
