get a spark gap tester, remove all plugs and test for spark..should be a blue streak at 7/16 gap. if no cylinders are firing at all check kill switch/wiring. also make sure batteries are fully charged and in good condition. CDI electronics web site has a great trouble shooting guide..look in the support section.
