I'm looking to purchase a used pontoon boat that is only a few years old. I think 20' would work best for our needs. We'll be using it on a smaller inland lake. We'll mostly use it for relaxing, fishing and a possibly a little tubing. It will be moored at a vacation property when not in use. Any thoughts on this particular boat:

We looked at it a couple weeks ago and it appears to be extremely clean. The live well didn't seem to have even been used. The dealership is offering a 90-day parts and labor warranty starting when we would first use it next year. It seems to be priced similar to a few others within a 250 mile radius of us. Thanks in advance for any advice!
