I have a 1989 1780V Procraft F&S. It has the 3-way flat windshield where the middle windshield folds to allow access to the bow. The window is square but the gap it needs to fill is not. It is something like 20' at the base, 24 at the top. It is a metal frame windshield so I don't know what to do to make it all line up. Does anyone have any ideas? Any ideas?

Is this the original window that just won't line up any more?
I have seen boats with floor problems (usually rot) that causes the console and windshield to be out of alignment..

Our project boat showed up like that. But, we knew it was a project and that is how we bought it. Sounds to me like you have some major console sag. If the tops of the console are supposed to be level, put a straight edge on both, and see if one has sagged a bunch. If so, and if it is cause of rot, good luck, your gonna need it.

wider at the top is spread the gunnels have spread out. if the consoles had sagged the opening would be smaller at the top.
