This was posted on my local fishing board & I just had to share:<br /><br />

... Interesting part of the trip - saw 2 12" hybrids flopping around on the surface, netted them and noticed they were choking on shad half the size of their bodies! To appease the fishing gods, we preformed open mouth surgery (dislodged the shad with a pair of pliers) and attempted to revive them in the water. I think one made it, not so sure about the other.<br />
